HCV-FLAVI 2025 Travel Bursary Application Form
HCV-Flavi 2025 is dedicated to providing scholarships to young investigators in or from low- and middle-income countries who wish to attend the conference. Young investigators are defined as either PhD students or young Post-Docs (within 5 years of PhD defence; extensions may be granted in case of maternity/parental leave). Applications from candidates at other career stages -eg group leader etc.- will be considered, though priority may be given to early career scientists.
Applicants are only eligible for financial support if they are the presenting author (i.e. 1st or last author on the abstract) on an abstract accepted for presentation at the conference.
Bursaries will cover: Registration to HCV-Flavi 2025 , accommodation for the duration of the conference (4 nights), and contribution towards travel expenses based on your location. Young investigators who want to be considered for travel bursary are required to complete the form below with the necessary supporting documents (CV and supporting letter from supervisor). Successful applicants will be notified by email no later than 1 August 2025.
